Refund policy

Every order is printed or packed just for you, so please check the fit notes in each product description before you buy.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Change of mind and sizing
Because every order is printed or packed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size.

Cancellations
Need to cancel or change an order? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once your order is in production or packed, we can't make changes.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days to appear.
